Want quick, easy whipped cream that you can customize in seconds? The iSi works very no matter how you look at it, but you do have to watch for two small hitches.

#1 - don't overfill it. Fill the canister about 2/3 full or less and you're fine.

#2 - If you don't twist the dispenser nozzle fully closes, the unit continues to ooze cream.

Once you figure these out, you're good to go.

We're pleased even if the first squirt did explode. Instructions are lacking for someone new to this type of device. For example, put your cream in, screw the lid shut and THEN put in the CO2 cartridge. Be sure to aim the first squirt into the sink to avoid a big mess. After that, it works well.

The only minus with that product is that the shipping took very long. The whipper works well, there are a few ideas in the book, it's a great product.
