This iron is so easy to use and it works like a dream! Just a few seconds and my hair is perfectly wavy, or I leave it for a bit longer so that it's very curly but relaxes to a great, beachy wave. Use a little hairspray and I swear it looks even better the day after. My favorite styling tool!!

First I would like to say that I pretty much fail at conventional curling irons. I may be an adult woman, but I have never been able to master curling my hair with an iron.

I bought this item on sale at my local CVS just because I wanted to try it and it was a pretty good deal. I've only used it on occasion so far, but I have found it much easier to use than the conventional curling iron. Mine came with the heat protective glove--which I found made things more difficult, so I didn't use it (and burned a finger, so be forewarned!). The glove only fits on your left and I'm right handed so I wanted to use my dominant hand to wrap the hair around the barrel rather than for holding the iron. It seemed odd that they would make the glove for a left hand rather than a right when most people are right handed, but oh well.

Other than the whole glove/hand thing the only other thing I've noticed is that the curls fall out quickly if I don't use hairspray--but this may just be because I have very fine hair and not due to the iron.

Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase and that I can finally have curly hair when I want!!
