I have never written a reivew on amazon, but felt obliged to write one regarding the Velux blanket. I've had other velour blankets over the years, but this is no way resembles those. The picture even looks like the old velour blankets I used to have and was trying to replace. This blanket is not plush feeling nor pretty to look at. If you are trying to buy the old velour blanket of times past, dont waste your time or money on this one. The material is very flat - feels and looks like felt. The color is nice, but I am returning this chocolate king size one and will continue the hunt for a velour blanket (of any color).

I bought this grater from Target just a few weeks ago. It was really difficult to grate anything. You had to use a lot of muscle and keep rearranging whatever it was you were working with to give it a fresh surface. I kept thinking it was a KitchenAid, known for quality, so possibly I was doing something wrong. After using it for the fourth time, the handle broke off when I was unscrewing it to wash it. Really wasn't using much force, just a glitch in the unit. I'll buy something else next time.

I really like my grater. I use it exclusively with bulk Romano cheese from Costco [much better and cheaper in the long run than Kraft!]. I put the cheese and the grater loaded with cheese in a bug Ziploc bag in the fridge at all times. I clean the grater out with every new block of cheese. I am very happy with the quality of the grater for my light use and even got my parents doing the same thing.

My boyfriend has the same grater and he I guess uses his more often or uses more pressure when he grates so after 1 year and half of use the bottom part of the handle near the rotary head is starting to break. he had the same problem with another brand breaking at the same point so I think it is more his problem and not a thing with kitchen aid since neither my parents nor I have had this problem and we all bought the graters at the same time.

First I would like to say that I pretty much fail at conventional curling irons. I may be an adult woman, but I have never been able to master curling my hair with an iron.

I bought this item on sale at my local CVS just because I wanted to try it and it was a pretty good deal. I've only used it on occasion so far, but I have found it much easier to use than the conventional curling iron. Mine came with the heat protective glove--which I found made things more difficult, so I didn't use it (and burned a finger, so be forewarned!). The glove only fits on your left and I'm right handed so I wanted to use my dominant hand to wrap the hair around the barrel rather than for holding the iron. It seemed odd that they would make the glove for a left hand rather than a right when most people are right handed, but oh well.

Other than the whole glove/hand thing the only other thing I've noticed is that the curls fall out quickly if I don't use hairspray--but this may just be because I have very fine hair and not due to the iron.

Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase and that I can finally have curly hair when I want!!

This item is very good for the price. However I would have liked the feature of "metering" out the product so the pancakes would all be the same size. You have to guess when to let go of the valve to attempt to achieve this.

I originally purchased a Porter Cable palm nailer, thinking that this was going to be the best [and only] option for hammering home the hundreds (ok...thousands) of nails required to fasten all of the hurricane ties and joist hangers for my 500+ square foot deck.

Thankfully I was wrong and happened to come across this nailer which I was more than happy to add to my collection of pneumatic tools.

My joists are 12" on center and this gun fits as promised in that tight space. Yes - it would be nice if the magazine held more nails than it does, but if that were the case, it wouldn't fit between the joists. I've shot over 1,300 nails so far, both 10d and 8d, and haven't had a single jam...which is good because the nose of the gun doesn't open to clear jams similar to my other porter cable nailers.

I'm a 1-man operation, and using this gun has allowed me to do 75% of the framing for the 2-level deck in less than a week of working only at night after I get home from work.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with the gun - with that said, I still haven't even used my palm nailer - I guess that I'll save that little guy for another project. The only downside to this nailer is it's versatility after the project is over...unless you're going to put a few decks onto friend's houses, it's not an 'around-the-house' nailer, since it won't fire if it doesn't detect a metal strap that you're trying to shoot through.

I'm a remodeling contractor and I was looking for a cost effective way to not spend my life hand-nailing joist hangers. I bought this gun and have used it extensively in the short time that I've owned it. It fits into small spaces, just as advertised, and is very easy to use, just as advertised. The only thing is that it takes a little time to get used to how you need to position the gun to depress the nose enough to get it to fire. (It's a little different than most nailers since the nails actually stick out). This is a great tool and if all you need to do is shoot 1 1/2" nails, this is the way to go. It pays for itself on the first big deck you do!

My wife and I purchased this about 3 weeks ago when we had to move her office in the house.

Wireless is OK, but she prefers to be wired in and so we purchased this product. It's really quite amazing how well it works, and we've had no issue whatsoever with it. It's an extremely fast connection and is working wonders for her and it makes me happy as I do not have to run wires through the wall to make a new outlet.

We plan on buying another couple of these to use for the TV and for a couple of gaming systems in the kids room. Love it.

Well I got this coat rack for my house, and it matched PERFECTLY in the picture, BUT when I opened the box, the color is slightly LIGHTER than it is in teh picture. So the rest of my living room is darker! The box did NOT have the DIRECTIONS on how to put the 25 piece set coat rack together, either! I'm not too good with putting IKEA stuff together let alone a 25 piece coat rack WITHOUT directions! I was NOT very happy with my purchase........

I love this pan. It is one of my favorite cookware pieces. Whenever I need a large pan, this is it. It's nice and heavy, heats quickly and cooks evenly. It don't have any problems with food sticking to it so cleanup is easy. The lid is made of glass, so I can see how my food is cooking and I can put the whole thing in the oven when I need to.

Large and durable, I've had this pan for years and cooking surface is still in great condition.

We've had this pan for 5 or 6 years now (have most of the set actually), and it's been great. Over the last year or so it's been starting to get scratched up and peel a little bit despite only using plastic utensils, but with nearly daily use since we got it, we certainly got our money's worth! I plan on ordering a new one again soon!

This pan is amazing. It passed our hash brown test. My other skillets, no matter how hard I tried and no matter what I did, they would ALWAYS stick. Even to my stainless steel skillets!!

Not with this wonderful skillet!! I sprayed some Extra Virgin Olive Oil with my Misto Oil Sprayer, that I also got from Amazon, and not ONE bit of the hash browns stuck to this skillet. They browned and came out amazing!! Then I made gooey, cheesy scrambled eggs!! Again, NO STICKING!! And clean up is a snap-wait until the pan cools and put in the sink with hot soapy water, very lightly wash, rinse, dry and your done!!

I love this Calphalon Contemporary Nonstick cookware!!!! I got all the matching pieces to the original 10pc set I got from Amazon and threw my other pans away!! I even went to the Calphalon site to order lids for the omlette pans-too bad they do not come with the set-I can always use the lids with the omlette pans. They do not make a lid for the stir fry pan though.

If you buy this cookware, you will NOT be sorry!! Just hand wash as they state, DO NOT PUT IN THE DISHWASHER, use nylon cooking utensils and get the Misto Oil Sprayer, and you'll be a happy cooker!! NO MORE stuck food!!!

I just cannot rave enough about this cookware!!!! I'm having fun in the kitchen again!!!!

We bought this swing based on the great reviews. After only 1 month of use, the motor completely broke and the swing was completely inoperable. We had to go through the hassle of returning to Amazon. We're going to replace it with a different model because we don't want to risk getting another defective swing. So disappointed!


Bright Starts 6941 Review by Mommy2boys

We received this as a gift for our second son.
1) I have to say it is adorable, and isn't an eye sore in terms of colors .
2) Does not take up any more space than any of the full size Graco swings, or Fisher Price Papasan or Cradle n Swings.
3) Absolutely silent when it swings (we tested it with our 15 pound cat as the baby is yet to be born) which is a MAJOR plus after the Fisher Price swing I had last time!

My first time around I received the Fisher Price My Little Lamb Cradle and Swing. From the get go, the swing hardly swung, and you often had to "push" it to get it going again (mind you with this Bright Starts swing you have to push it to start, but that is clearly stated in the instructions, and when we had our cat swinging, though not for a long time, we didn't have to push it to keep momentum), and it made a TERRIBLE clacking noise. In fact, the motor on the FP swing was a POS from the beginning and we had to have it replaced (FP was good about that though). Even after, it still made a horrid noise, that was louder than the loudest music setting. Also, it would stop swinging and continue to run the motor, making loud grinding noises and clacks, as well as an awful smell. The FP swing said good up to 25 lbs but I had to stop using it when my son was MAYBE 15 pounds. I also LOVE the fact that this Bright Starts swing has a bar across the back, preventing the legs from moving closer/further from each other as constantly happened with the FP swing, and I was constantly readjusting the legs!

Like the title says, so far so great, will update the rating and review if anything changes!

I am very happy with this purchase. The only thing different was the knob, but will replace it from Home Depot. Easy to put together, no broken parts. Exactly what I was looking for in an end table.

First, it is not a wood table, it a cheap Chinese pressed particle and glass fiber board table (you will see Product of China on the box it comes in). The wood grain veneer applied to the tabletops do not match up no matter how you turn it because of where the holes are drilled, and there are not holes drilled on the bottom part of the legs, so you must have tools or strength to create these holes yourself. Also, the legs don't match up to the bottom table. As other reviewers stated it is a wood handle not metal, although that really is the least of my problems. I could have lived with everything else if it did not have so much nasty fiberglass falling off the underside of the tabletops whenever you touch it. Disgusting! Unless I can find a way to seal it with some type of finish to make the fiberglass stop coming off of it, I will be returning it. I had low expectations because all I needed was a side table, but this is awful.
